Since then, he has focused his studies on LGBTQ history and 20th-century civil rights movements. His area of expertise is focused on three areas of study, California (L.A and San Francisco) LGBTQ history, military LGBTQ history (WW1, WW2, and Vietnam), and then a broader LGBTQ history across many different eras (mostly laws and science). Most of his studies have been around the most important figures and movements of the community but he also has researched many obscure areas of LGBTQ history.
With this drive and passion, he hopes to bring LGBTQ history to the center and give the community a way to experience the history that has become obscured by time. He is excited to have been given this opportunity to work with the center to give his passion back to the community.
